Bay Islands Conservation Association Utila, Bay Islands, Honduras

I have a friend who wants to know of a volunteer opportunity for him and his son. His son is about 16 years old, and he's a pilot. They're looking for a month or so of volunteering, but they're not sure if BICA accepts minors. Does anyone know whether they could work for BICA or some other organization in Utila or Honduras? Thanks!
